加州65新标要求正式实施！
新规定于2018年8月30日开始实施
如果您是产品制造商，产品可能会在美国加州上市，请留意2018年8月30日生效的新警告标签要求。加州65法案要求采用新的警告标签，必须明确列出产品中存在的一种或多种化学品。
以下是新警告标签的示例，必须将其放置在产品的外部包装上。目的是在暴露于所列化学品之前警告消费者。
新警示标语要求
A symbol consisting of a black exclamation point in a yellow equilateral triangle with a bold black outline. The symbol shall be placed to the left of the text of the warning, in a size no smaller than the height of the word “WARNING”. The word “WARNING” in all capital letters and bold print .
符号：黄色等边三角形+黑色感叹号+粗黑色边框。
符号放在WARNING字左边， 高度不得低于它， “WARNING” 大写加粗。Where the sign, label or shelf tag for the product is not printed using the color yellow, the symbol may be printed in black and white.
当没有使用到黄色印刷时，可以使用黑白警告图标。
• “ This product contains” change to “This product can expose you to”. 描述变化。
• The warning label must contain at least one chemical name, If chemicals A and B are present, then label must contain A or B, or both. 至少含有一种化学物质。
• OEHHA website URL: www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. 必须有该连接，消费者获取更多信息。
• Short-form warning: The entire warning must be in a type size no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. In no case shall the warning appear in a type size smaller than 6-point type.
